I am on the hunt for a Founding Social and Brand Engagement Manager to join a wearable technology company that is taking the health world by storm.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of Social Media, including Paid and Organic, and will understand what sort of content works, when and where. You will have around five years worth of experience in a D2C environment, and will be happy to be hands on.
Location: Remote within the UK (occasional travel to London)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Able to develop a cohesive social media content strategy, keeping audience engagement in mind
A confident user of paid social advertising platforms including Meta for Business, TikTok Ads and more
Consistently up to date with trends and platform updates so that content is always relevant
Previous experience working with international markets, specifically North America and wider Europe would be ideal
A deep understanding of GenZ culture and messaging for audience targeting
Previous use of in depth metric measuring and reporting tools including GA4 and others
Commercial awareness is key, including profit margins and return on ad spend
