We are currently recrtuiing a Senior Warehouse Operative on a Temp to Perm basis for our client in TA2.

As the Senior Warehouse Operative, the expectation is that this role is very much a number 2 to the warehouse manager, meaning that day to day operational tasks, outlined below, are the entry point with additional expectations such as, but not limited to, being:
Help build and develop the team and processes to drive maximum productivity and efficiency
Lead projects to build ongoing operational improvements
Be a champion of Health and Food Safety daily
