Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Bedford, MK41

Salary: £13.62/hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 18:00–06:00, 4 ON / 4 OFF

We’re recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a high-performing Tray Wash site in Bedford.

This is a full-time temporary role with a strong chance of becoming permanent after a successful 12-week period.

Duties include:

Operating FLT Counterbalance forklift in a safe and timely manner

*

Supporting warehouse operations by moving stock and pallets

*

Loading/unloading goods from production lines and trailers

*

Recording stock movements accurately

*

Performing equipment checks and general housekeeping duties

What we need from you:

*

In-date FLT Counterbalance licence

*

Minimum 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience

*

Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

*

Must be available to attend a mandatory assessment (theory & practical)
