Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently

Ensure loading working lists are followed precisely
Support operational needs as directed by team leadersRequirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
Previous FLT experience (essential)
Strong commitment to health & safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and reliability in task executionHours & Pay Rates:

Induction Rate: £13.09/hr
Day Shift (Apply online only)): £15.18/hr
Night Shift (Apply online only)): £17.02/hr

Stafforce is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and safety-conscious team in Middlesbrough. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, good safety awareness, and a flexible attitude to working in a dynamic environment.

This role is based in a ports environment. It would suit someone with previous experience in similar settings; however, this is not essential for the right candidate with the relevant FLT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and effectively
Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Maintain high housekeeping standards in assigned areas
Follow loading working lists accurately and efficiently
Support wider operational tasks as directed by supervisorsRequirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong focus on health and safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Ports or logistics environment experience is desirable but not essentialPay Rates:

Up to 8 hours: £13.45/hr
After 8 hours and Saturdays: £20.18/hr
