As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join their executive team as Managing Director - Forensics & Litigation.

The Opportunity
As Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of the Forensics & Litigation practice-driving strategy, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-impact advisory services. You will play a key role in shaping the division's future, expanding market presence, and mentoring a team of exceptional professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Forensics & Litigation division with strategic vision and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including market expansion and service innovation.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality valuation and litigation support services across diverse industries.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
  • Support and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, development, and leadership.
  • Ensure all work adheres to professional standards, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices.
  • Drive business development initiatives and represent the firm in the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in forensic accounting, or litigation support (valuation in the context of litigation experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated leadership success in a similar senior role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong business development and client management acumen. ($1 Million in originated revenue generation minimum)
  • Outstanding analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA required; CFA, CFE, ABV, or ASA are highly desirable.
