As theFood & Beverage, Meetings & Events you are responsible for the daily operation of our brand new restaurant and events at theCourtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.
Food & Beverage
You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
You will motivate and engage staff in the department through "learning by doing
You will make sure that the guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
You will actively and visibly participate in the daily operations
You will proactively build a long term relationship with guests and key partners
You will assist in recruiting, introduce and shape a well-functioning team
You will train and motivate employees so that they handle alcohol responsibly, HACCP standards and serve according to agreed service procedures
