Flooring Manager

Job Description At Weber, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Flooring Manager to come and join our flooring team, helping us grow out the North region.\n\nIn this role, you'll be responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving our strategic direction, and growth of our flooring business through a strong focus on specification-led sales. You'll also be responsible for identifying and influencing key stakeholders which includes; architects, specifiers, contractors and distribution in aiming to deliver commercial success.\n\nWe are looking for someone proactive, and able to open up new avenues for our flooring division, this is a field-based role with travel required from Birmingham up-to the m62 corridor with an aim to be out with clients around 4 days per week.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nPrevious specification sales/commercial experience within flooring, or similar industries with a proven track record of hitting, and meeting key milestones\nYou'll be able to self-motivate, with an emphasis on trust to work autonomously as well as being proactive in your approach\nDue to the strong specification sales-led approach an ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications is advantageous\nExperience in delivering CPDs and comfortable in using digital platforms\nA strong understanding of systems, construction methods and relevant building
