Key Responsibilities:

*

Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a variety of fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable)

*

Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems comply with BS5839 standards

*

Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly

*

Provide excellent customer service on-site and address client queries

*

Participate in an on-call rota for emergency callouts

*

Support colleagues and share technical knowledge when required

Requirements:

*

Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems

*

Good working knowledge of BS5839 and relevant fire safety regulations

*

Experience with systems from manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, or Hochiki

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Industry qualifications (e.g., FIA units) desirable

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
