Finishing Forman– Croydon, CR0 – RC Development - 50 Apartments
Our client are a leading residential contractor with sites in and around London, they are looking for an experienced Finishing Forman to manage a 12 month Residential Project in Croydon starting immediately
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* New Build residential development
* Mixture of specifications
* Identify and resolve any issues with the project
* To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* SMSTS / SSSTMS / CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
