Freelance Opportunity: Finance & Operations Director (Commercial Branch) £500 £600/day Until End of 2025 London (1 2 Days/Week On-Site) Interim with Potential to Go Permanent We re working with a global business seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Director to support their UK commercial branch on an interim basis through to the end of the year. Reporting to the GM and working closely with the Italian parent company, this role will drive financial control, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the GM and Group CFO Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies Manage cashflow, financial reporting, and statutory accounts Coordinate group reporting and liaise with local auditors and the parent company Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements Supervise and develop the local finance and operations team Proven track record as a Finance and Operations Director in a commercial or international business In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance Immediately available or able to start at short notice This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader to make a real impact, with a strong chance of the role transitioning to permanent for the right person.
