Financial Controller | £65,000 - £75,000 | Dover | FC / Business Partner for a Subdiary of a Large GroupAxon Moore has partnered with an exciting SME near Dover to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a growing SME.This business is part of a wider group, so this Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner will be the most senior finance member on site, working closely with the MD and Senior Management Team. They will also report to a Group Finance Director and will be supported by a team of peers doing similar roles in other businesses around the country. This will be an excellent role for a candidate to work autonomously at a local level, but receive the professional support and development needed to advance their career. The transactional elements of finance will be managed off-site in a shared service centre but this Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner will be responsible for everything beyond this, and will be tasked with adding value across the business.This is an exciting time for the business as they receive a lot of financial investment and begin a professionalisation process to modernise their finance function and improve their operational framework so that the can go on to support more clients in the area.
