Financial Accountant - 16 month Fixed Term Contract - £50,000 per year + Benefits - London (Hybrid) 2 days in the office
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a global petroleum company to assist with their recruitment of a Financial Accountant to join their team on a 16 month fixed term contract based from their Central London offices.
The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties and gain exposure to a variety of issues and tasks, including extensive interaction with the wider business. This role suits a driven and hardworking individual who would enjoy working in a fast paced growth environment and is ready to provide their expertise and support for the growing demands and pressures on the Finance function.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Banking and Treasury
Prepare and send a weekly treasury report to senior management, including a cash position waterfall with detailed analysis of weekly movements
Management of deposit accounts to increase interest profit
Manage interest rate and foreign exchange risk
Monthly Financial Close
Manage day-to-day functioning of accounts payable in London, covering two entities
Maintain group weekly spend and Accounts Payable report and graph
Ensure FX rates in the accounting system are entered time...
