About the Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and confident Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team at our Carlise site and work cross-functionally across our manufacturing operations. This is not your traditional accountancy position - instead, you'll dive into data, identify performance trends, and work closely with our shop floor and operations teams to drive real business improvements.

You'll be working with our databases and tools already in place, your focus will be on continuing and enhancing this work - bringing fresh insight and energy into performance analysis and operational optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


• Partner with cross-functional teams to challenge existing processes and drive performance improvements


• Maintain and develop existing dashboards and spreadsheets to track KPIs


• Present data in a clear, impactful way to stakeholders across the business


• Support ongoing initiatives to embed performance monitoring and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations

About You

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys getting into the details of how things work. You don't need an accounting qualification - but a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, a head for numbers, and the ability to build relationships.

Key Skills

• Background in the manufacturing industry


• Strong data analysis skills


• Basic Excel skills (including pivot tables and lookups)


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to influence and challenge cross-functionally

• Experience in a role such as Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or Finance/Data Analyst
