About the Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial processes, managing accounting functions, and ensuring financial compliance. You’ll work closely with senior management to provide insight and recommendations that will drive the company's growth, efficiency, and profitability. Your role will be central to the company’s financial planning and analysis, as well as strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and management of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable and receivable.

Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

*

Provide financial analysis to senior leadership to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.

*

Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure accuracy in reporting.

*

Implement and monitor financial processes and controls to reduce risks and improve efficiency.

*

Lead a small team, providing guidance and support to junior finance staff.

*

Keep up-to-date with industry changes and advise the business on financial best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

*

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant experience in a finance management role.

*

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and reporting processes.

*

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

*

Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

*

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

*

Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

*

Previous experience leading or managing a small finance team.

*

Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
