Job Description:
Monthly processing of invoices in Accounts Payable System, securing approvals for payment
General Ledger Accounting. Responsible for preparing journal entries and checking supporting entries, to carrying out well-defined steps in cost accounting analysis
Monthly Review/Reconciliation of Ledger Accounts
Prepare invoices for recharges, consulting services
Performs general or cost accounting activities requiring some insight and depth of understanding
Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions;
Prepare Annual UK Statutory Accounts, support audit of Annual Statutory Accounts, providing information and supporting documentation as required
Assist with monthly reporting
Prepare VAT returns
Assist with preparing analysis for corporation tax returns
