Finance Manager Location: Hybrid – Cannock or Cheltenham Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent We’re working with a growing, fast-paced business in the leisure and travel sector, looking to appoint a confident and hands-on Finance Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys driving process improvement, and wants to play a key part in shaping the finance function as the business continues to grow. You’ll report into the Financial Controller and take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations, while also contributing to strategic reporting, business partnering, and commercial support across departments.  Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and commentary
Full ownership of prepayments, accruals, journals, and month-end reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany recharges
VAT returns, supporting audit, and year-end reporting
Overseeing transactional finance processes (accounts payable / accounts receivable)
Monitoring cash flow and producing weekly updates
Producing regular reporting packs for directors and stakeholders
Continuous improvement of reporting, systems, and controls
