The Role:
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the business, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an SME setting, where they can take ownership of financial processes and contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate month-end reporting.
* Prepare management accounts and provide insightful financial analysis.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal controls.
* Manage and develop the finance team, supporting their growth and performance.
* Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
* Support strategic decision-making by providing key financial insights.
About You:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in an SME finance function.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
