Supporting Aeromobile CFO with analysis of financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Network Revenue and COGsDevelop and produce estimates and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of all revenue accounting, including the impact of retrospective and complex discountsResponsibility for reconciliation and settlement of retrospective and complex discountsUnderstand and report on network revenue trends, risks and potential, through regular monitoring and investigationContinuously develop robust processes for accurate recording of network revenues, including supporting product to further automate the revenue calculation in collaboration internally and externally Understand and forecast revenue-related cashflowsMonitor, manage and report on contribution including accurate calculation of COGs accruals, monthly monitoring of COGs and gross marginProduce and distribute monthly contribution reports for Management, including detailed commentary and analysis of trends and variancesMaintain accurate calculations of Airline revenue shares, and produce and distribute quarterly revenue share reports to airline customers Financial PlanningProduce the annual AeroMobile budget working with Aeromobile CFO, Financial Accountant, PAC and Aeromobile colleaguesProduce the monthly P&L, Balance sheet and cash forecastWork with PAC Finance & to understand the program and activation forecastSupport decision making, especially in deal-structuring, and report on performance through responsibility for financial planning and modelling of IOT (Inter-Operator Tariff) discounts.Other responsibilitiesAssist in annual audit processSupport and take part in continuous review of accounting and month-end procedures and propose potential improvements to the Aeromobile CFOAdhere to company values of fairness and honesty; embody a “compliance first” approach through daily activities of communication, promotion, enhancement, and educationRequirements:Advanced Excel user.Understands complex journal entries and reconciliations. Demonstrated ability for precision and detail in accounting. Practiced individual with the willingness to go above and beyond expectations to ensure accounting records are concise and accurate. Knowledgeable with how financial statements relate to each other and be able to prepare.Strong knowledge and capability to perform report writing, with the ability to produce ad hoc reports on demand.Strong ability to develop complex financial models for budget preparation and scenario forecasting to support decision makingExperience with Oracle, Hyperion, Sage 200.Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP/ IFRS and accounting guidelines and applies accounting knowledge to ensure entries are properly journaled. Uses knowledge in providing guidance to others.Strong ability to communicate, in English, both written and verbally to all levels of the organization and externally.
