Seeking a Finance Manager for a 3-6-month contract within a real estate company based in Central London. The company are a property management and lettings agency managing a broad portfolio of private residential, commercial, retail, and industrial property. Looking for someone familiar with concept of different entities and client companies, intercompany recharges. Ideally you would have experience in the property/real estate spaces and if you had exposure to 're-leased' it would be very desirable.

Responsibilities:
Experienced Book-keeper level
Xero Accounts System Super User
Experience working in a Lettings or Property Management Company
Always ensuring that financial activities comply with Accounting standards and financial reporting regulations
Working with external Accountants to prepare and file Statutory Accounts and related Tax Returns including CT61, VAT Returns and Non-Resident Landlord Returns
Responsible for managing Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk
Post all incoming rent/other payments in Xero daily
