We are working with a leading manufacturing business based in Northampton to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for an initial 6-9 month assignment. This is a key commercial role requiring an experienced, qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Business partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge on financial performance

Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes

Production and presentation of KPIs, variance analysis, and cost control reports

Supporting senior leadership with data-driven decision-making and commercial insight

Working closely with manufacturing and supply chain functions

Essential Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)

Available immediately

Recent experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

Confident with Excel and ERP systems (SAP)

Must be within commutable distance to Northampton...
