Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for: Managing the sales ledger and monthly billing
Handling front-to-back credit control, including chasing and allocating cash
Supporting purchase ledger activities such as proposing payments, conducting supplier reconciliations, and liaising with clients
Assisting with payroll for over 40 employees and subcontractors
Supporting month-end activities and management accounts production
Conducting bank reconciliations
Implementing process improvements
What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Assistant Management Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Payroll Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Sales Ledger Clerk
