Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers?

We're looking for a dynamic Finance Assistant to join our team, reporting to our Management Accountant.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process contractor invoices daily using various systems
✔ Maintain contractor database - managing time-sheets, contracts, and monitoring activities
✔ Ensure all overhead invoices comply with financial regulations and guidelines
✔ Provide advice and guidance to contractors and clients when needed
✔ Handle credit control and raise self-bills
✔ Cover for finance team members during leave

🔎 Experience Required:
* Experience in a finance role and financial administration
* Proficiency with computerised accounting systems
* Strong ability to work effectively, accurately, and under pressure
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Numerate and flexible to meet the post's demands
