This is primarily an Accounts Payable focused role supporting the Finance Manager in the management of the day-to-day finance operation including taking lead on Account Payable function. There is some opportunity for hybrid working of 2 days working from home.
Key Duties:
Bank Reconciliation
Council Tax Reconciliation
Deferred Income Reconciliation
Accounts Payable
Preparing Payroll Schedules ready for payment.
Intercompany Recharges B2B.
Chasing Rental Arrears via Email, Phone & Letter.
Supplier Statement Reviews
Taking a proactive role in managing Accounts Payable function.
Involvement in month end processes including Accruals, Prepayments & Reporting.
Dealing with difficult telephone calls and negotiation with clients.
Producing reports for internal review.
