Finance Analyst
My client are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join there finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience across various finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, month-end reporting, and M&A support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Contribute to the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
Support M&A activities, which may include financial modelling, due diligence, and integration support.
Prepare and analyse financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information and understand business drivers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance role with exposure to FP&A, month-end procedures/.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant finance qualification or working towards one (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is desirable.
