Must-Haves:

- Strong background in financial planning and report writing

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Previous financial services experience (or actively working toward it)

So what you'll be doing:

- Preparing and maintaining accurate client records

- Drafting suitability letters and reports in line with company policy

- Gathering information from clients and providers

- Pre-completing documentation for adviser/client review

- Supporting advisers in delivering excellent client outcomes

- Occasionally assisting with administrative tasks such as income matching and meeting scheduling
