Job Summary

The role of a Field Services Engineer is to diagnose and repair technical issues on a variety of IT equipment including but not limited to PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals and point of sales systems at various customer locations around Peterborough. Additionally, The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing IT Hardware Support, for Installs Moves and Changes across client sites.

Base salary between £27,000 to £29,000 (depending on experience), company car, fuel card
OOH is £44/night on call or £308 per week plus OT if called out at 1.5 times

Key responsibilities

Travel between a wide variety of customer sites to provide IT Support Services to meet contractual requirements
Provide support services for a range of IT equipment including but not limited to PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals and point of sales systems
