Job Description Multiple Medical Field Service Engineering Positions
Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Medical and Mobility Products
Territories: X1 North London, X1 Chelmsford, X1 Manchester/Chester, X1 Taunton, X1 Birmingham
Package: £30-35K basic + Company Vehicle, 23 days annual leave, 4% pension, On call every 1 in 10 weeks
Main Purpose:
A Field Service Engineer is a professional, engaged, and open-minded individual who is part of a dedicated team of engineers and sales representatives that offer a wide range of equipment and services to our customers providing a friendly, proactive solution to customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and preventative maintenance, LOLER inspections and repairs on Medical Equipment covered by service contracts.
Requires the following of logical and systematic steps to test equipment and diagnose any potential or existing faults while working in a safe and efficient manner
Actively promote and fulfil Preventive Maintenance offer
Work at building up knowledge to be able to improve right first time and first-time fix rates
