Full product and sales training will be given immediately
Account management and new business - then increasing to 60% account management
Taking over a performing territory with a well-established customer base
Autonomous role managing your own time and diary
Working from home - field based 5 days p/w

Selling via face to face meetings
Nurture existing accounts in order to maximise sales
Working for an open and friendly manager

The Person – Field Sales Representative
The ideal candidate for this Field Sales Representative role must; have a proven track record within field sales, both account management and new business generation; experience selling either a solution based product or service. Candidates from all sales backgrounds will be considered, however you must have experience in working towards KPI’s; be focused & driven; have the ability to influence at all levels; have excellent communication, questioning and listening skills; must understand the steps of the sales process, features & benefits of a product and good negotiating skills. Finally, you must ooze energy, and want to progress in the business over the long term
