We're working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing security distributors, and they’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to take the lead across the South.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

Managing and motivating a team of external sales reps across the South

*

Delivering sales and profit targets for the region

*

Supporting and coaching the team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews

*

Building strong relationships with key customers and suppliers

*

Reporting into the Commercial Director and helping shape strategy

This isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about leading by example, growing a region, and developing people.

✅ What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry

*

Previous experience managing a field-based sales team

*

Someone commercially aware, driven, and great with people

*

A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
