We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive . As Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.

Field Sales Executive Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be:

• Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits.
• Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works.
• Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market.
• Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the group.
• Account management with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain the customer database.

Field Sales Executive Experience Required:

• 2 years' experience in direct or B2B sales.
• Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships.
• Goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
• Organised and self-motivated.
• Proven track record in achieving targets.
• Confidence to deal with decision makers.
• Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
