A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join a thriving legal practice. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a primary focus on family law and proven expertise in areas such as divorce, financial matters, and children proceedings.
You will be able to:
Manage your own client caseload, delivering high-quality legal advice across a range of family law matters
Provide guidance on divorce, financial settlements and children proceedings
Liaise with administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Undertake advocacy work and represent clients effectively
Support the development of the Family Law Department
Collaborate with marketing efforts to support the practice’s growth strategy
Develop and cultivate new client relationships in Hastings and surrounding areas
