Factory Operative – Hereford | £13–£15/hour + Shift Premiums
We’re currently recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading structural steelwork manufacturer in Hereford, to support increasing demand in the energy infrastructure sector.
You’ll be part of a skilled team in a modern manufacturing facility, recently upgraded with over £3 million of investment in cutting-edge machinery including plasma and laser cutting technology.
About the Role:

Operate and support machinery used in the production of overhead line towers and substation structures
*
Work on a shift pattern (premium rates apply)
*
Hourly pay: £13–£15 depending on experience (based on a 37.5 hour/week contract)
*
Full training provided – ideal for candidates with a mechanical mindset or manufacturing background
Who We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with a ‘can-do’ attitude
*
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
*
Basic understanding of health and safety in a factory environment
*
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
