This long-standing client of ours is looking for a dynamic and driven Manufacturing Manager to lead a site of 120 staff, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
The Role:
As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of high performance, and supporting the business on its continued growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
