ROLE: Factory/Operations Manager
SALARY: Up to £65,000

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory or operations management within an FMCG manufacturing setting, with high-risk food production experience.

You will be a hands-on leader, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency whilst motivating your team to excel.

Overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met.
