A service organisation in Warmley is currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:

* Manage documentation related warranties, registrations and compliance requirements

* Handle enquiries from builders, suppliers and customers

* Process invoices and reconcile statements

* Assist with quantity surveying queries, ensuring accurate information is provided

* Track and update progress of projects

* Assist with payroll processing

* Filing and data entry

The successful candidate will come from a strong administrative background, be well-organised and ideally have some invoicing/payroll experience
