Extrusion Machine Operators – Permanent Role!
Location: Desborough, NN14
Pay: Up to £13.25 per hour (including attendance bonus) + overtime at 1.5x pay
Shifts: 4 ON / 4 OFF Rotating (12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced Extrusion Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company? We’re hiring skilled operators to join our fast-paced team, with real chances to progress and grow in your role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Setting up orders and machinery according to product specifications
* Changing reels using heavy-duty lifters
* Carrying out regular quality checks and production quantity checks
* Adjusting machinery settings and replacing basic parts when needed
* Labelling and packing finished products
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards
* Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as an Extrusion Operator, ideally in plastics or polythene
* Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
* Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Physically fit – the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work without supervision
