Nexus Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and time-sensitive shipments within a fast-paced Freight Forwarding environment. You will be responsible for handling air/road export shipments, processing documentation, and liaising with airlines and transport providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage AOG and urgent shipments

Process export documentation in compliance with IATA and airline guidelines

Handle customs formalities, pre-alerts, and post-flight reports

Provide accurate quotations and ensure efficient shipment routing

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in handling AOG exports in a Freight Forwarding environment

Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Able to work independently with excellent time management

Proficient in Boxtop, e-Customs, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
GCSE or A-Level standard

Forklift license (preferred)

Multilingual skills are a plus
