Export Coordinator - Ocean Freight - Manchester - Permanent

Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional with a passion for delivering excellence in logistics? Our client is growing and on the lookout for a dedicated Export Coordinator experienced in Ocean freight to join the Manchester team!

This is a full time permanent position being an integral part of the ocean freight operation, coordinating shipments, ensuring smooth deliveries, and maintaining top-tier customer service standards.

What you'll be doing as an Export Coordinator

• Managing ocean freight shipments from origin to destination
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and carriers
• Handling documentation and customs compliance
• Tracking shipments and keeping clients updated
• Managing multiple shipments and tight deadlines with precision

• Proven experience in export operations and international shipping
• Strong communicator who builds great relationships
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated and thrives in a team environment
