About the Role:
- You will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning for all pupils assigned to you, with responsibility for their progress, welfare, and outcomes.
- You will supervise the work of any support staff assigned to your pupils.
- You will provide leadership across the school in a curriculum area, monitoring quality and standards, contributing to school planning, providing professional support to colleagues, and advising on resources and materials.
- You will lead appropriate professional development initiatives.
- You will implement the school's aims and ensure that our core values are embedded in everyday practice.
What They're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- The ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and understanding manner.
- A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- A commitment to our core values: valuing all children, displaying patience, focusing on the positive, facing reality, disapproving only of poor behaviour (not the child), making time for colleagues, being mutually supportive, communicating quietly, and communicating effectively with parents.
What's On Offer:
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
- A competitive salary and benefits package (£31,650 - £45,646 p.a. (M1- UPS1)).
