Pro-Drive are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a 5-star rated family-run removals and storage business. We are looking for an experienced Removals Driver with a HGV Class 2 Licence.
The Role:
As a Removals Porter, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring customers’ belongings are handled with care and professionalism. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Loading and unloading customers' goods with precision and care.
* Packing and protecting customer contents using the correct protective equipment.
* Driving the HGV Class 2 vehicle or 3.5 tonne van to collection and delivery addresses.
* Conducting daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
* Working closely with customers, providing a friendly and professional service throughout their moving process.
* Adapting to varied tasks—no two days are ever the same!
What We’re Looking For:
* A valid HGV Class 2 Licence (essential) held for a minimum of 1 year.
* Experience in removals is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* A team player who is physically fit and ready for the demands of the role.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our 5-star reputation.
