We are recruiting for an experienced multi-site Exec Head Chef to manage a group of fine dining restaurants in London.
Initially you will be managing 5 restaurants and moving forward will be responsible for further planned new openings.
You will oversee all restaurant operations working with the Head Chefs of each site on production levels, quality control, HR, health and safety protocols.
Working as part of a large group, you will have experience dealing with senior management teams to ensure the smooth running of all operations.
You will have strong interpersonal skills to deal with potential clients and customers.
You should have proven multisite experience in fine dining restaurants (ideally to 3AA Rosette/Michelin star level) and/or 5* hotels.
You should have good people management skills, strong business acumen and an amazing eye for detail. Experience with new openings is beneficial but not essential
