This beautiful 70 bedroom four-star hotel are currently looking for a driven and passionate Executive Chef to join the senior management team.
With 2 restaurants and banqueting as Executive Chef you will be required to overhaul all menus and modernise the food product throughout the business. You will also be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of 16 -18 chefs.
For this Executive Chef role you must have worked in high-end, fresh-food focused four of five star hotels to at least Head Chef level. You must have a track record of achieving food gross profit, payroll and EHO targets.
The kitchen is really well-equipped and the owners are consistent with their investment. Along with the competitive salary there is also and opportunity to earn a bonus, and some temporary live-in accommodation.
