Executive Assistant Required – Construction Company – Waltham Abbey
Invision Recruitment are recruiting for a 5* House Builder currently turning over £850 Million. They specialise in High End Contracting and Developing across London and surrounding Counties.
Role Scope
Seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to report into the Sales and Marketing Director and provide personal assistance directly to the individual, as well as providing Administrative support to their team.
You will be required to provide support to the Group Sales Director, which is a top executive within the business. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Group Sales Director’s work including (but not limited to) communications, appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings. You will deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Managing Directors, Department Heads, Consultants, Clients at local, regional and national levels in addition to the Company’s Board.
Requirements:
* Strong Written & Verbal Communication
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Ideally, this individual will have excellent administration, secretarial skills, verbal/written communication skills and will be IT literate; experience of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Available to work 8:30am – 5:30pm
