Description
Duties of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives
- Coordinate meetings, calendars and schedules
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential documents and information discreetly
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal departments
- Conduct research and prepare briefs for executives
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Relevant secretarial and business support education or qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
