We are searching for an Executive Assistant with superb organisational skills to support the senior leadership team of a financial services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives.

Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant:

  • Provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential documents and information discreetly
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal departments
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs for executives
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Relevant secretarial and business support education or qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
