We're Hiring! Exams Officer & School Administrator | Swindon | £15+ per hour
Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be working with a lovely special needs school in Swindon to recruit a committed and detail-oriented Exams Officer/Admin Support Assistant. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm position starting in September 2025.
About the School:
This special needs school supports over 350 pupils aged 4-19 with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs. It offers a nurturing, inclusive environment and a close-knit, supportive team.

Role Details:
* 🕒 Part-time: 19.5 hours/week (Weds-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm - non-negotiable)
* 💰 Pay: From £15 per hour, depending on experience
* 📍 Location: Swindon
* 📅 Term-time only plus training days and 1 week in August (for results day)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on all aspects of the Exams Officer role
* Maintain and manage school policy records
* Collate and produce interim and annual school reports
* Oversee after-school club and immunisation programme admin
* Use SIMS for data and communication
* Support with general admin duties and reception cover on Friday afternoons
