Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £40,000 + Package
Location: Swansea
Sector: Timber Frame
Are you an experienced Timber frame estimator?
Would you enjoy working for a growing local timber frame manufacturer?
I am working with a local, close knit timber frame manufacturer who are on the lookout for an estimator to join the team. They specialise in delivering both multi unit housing and bespoke commercial work.
As an Estimator your duties will include:

• Providing accurate cost estimates
• Manage your pipeline alongside the sales team to ensure that jobs are prioritised correctly
• Liaise regularly with technical & production teams to ensure that progress on time & to budget
• Provide cover for customer sales enquiries when needed

Essential Requirements:

• Working in a similar role for 2-5 years
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Good understanding of different software packages
• Able to work to strict deadlines & manage your own workload
• Good business & commercial awareness gained from working in the construction industry
