Job Title: EstimatorLocation: EssexPackage: £40,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance and bonusSkilled Careers are working with a leading Fire Stopping Contractor who after an impressive amount of working winning are looking for an Estimator to join the team.The Estimator would be working both in a team and on their own without supervision on a variety of Fire projects for a leading Contractor.DutiesThe Estimator would be working on a range of Fire Protection and Stopping Projects in and around Essex.This is a full-time hybrid role allowing for office based and remote working. As an Estimator - Passive Fire Protection, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects, including tendering, cost management and contractual documentation. You will also work with other members of the team to clarify scope of works, advise on cost control, and account negotiation & finalising. Additionally, you will keep up to date with the latest legal requirements, regulations, and industry developments.RequirementsAn Estimator who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.Someone who can work well both in a team and on their own without supervision.Someone has the ambitions to progress.
