This is a fantastic opportunity to join their North Midlands office and play a key role in supporting the land acquisition process through detailed budget appraisals.
The Role Estimator As an Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing fully costed land appraisals based on technical drawings and site information. Working closely with Land, Technical, and Sales teams, you'll help assess the viability of new sites before bids are made.
