This is a key interim role within the property team, handling both housing and non-housing assets, supporting statutory valuations, and managing a wide range of property transactions.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\nUndertake a broad range of estate and asset management duties, including landlord and tenant matters\nManage the Council’s property portfolio, including both operational and investment assets\nHandle statutory asset valuations for financial reporting purposes\nSupport Right to Buy valuations and legislative compliance\nManage and process a variety of property-related transactions, such as:\n\nDisposals\nWayleaves\nLicence agreements\nRelaxation of restrictive covenants\nLiaise with legal services, external valuers, and stakeholders as required\nEnsure records and asset registers are kept up...
