In this vital role, you’ll lead a team of Mobile Maintenance Operatives across a diverse and meaningful property portfolio supporting vulnerable children and adults. You’ll provide technical support, project oversight, and ensure the quality, compliance, and safety of homes and services across your region.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support a team of Mobile Maintenance Operatives across the Midlands East region

* Monitor the quality and compliance of works, providing technical leadership

* Deliver small to medium-sized estates projects, from scope to completion

* Oversee contractors, manage site visits, and ensure statutory compliance (fire safety, legionella, asbestos)

* Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records

* Contribute to property improvement planning and emergency responses
